Everything about Shunt goes to the same mailbox and is read by the person who wrote it. There is no ticket system, no first-line script and no chatbot.

If you need a postal address for a legal or tax purpose, ask at the address above and it will be sent to you. It is not published here because this is a one-person business run from a home address.
What to write about, and what helps
Something is not working
Include your macOS version, your Shunt version from Settings, Updates, which browsers are involved, and what you expected against what happened. The support page explains how to read Shunt's own record of a routing decision, which answers a good share of reports before you send them.
Billing, receipts and refunds
Write from the address you paid with, or name it in the message. Refunds are fourteen days, in full, no reason needed; the policy is on the refund page and the price on the pricing page. Receipts and card statements come from Polar, who take the payment.
A licence key that did not arrive
Check the spam folder of the address you used at checkout first, then write in with that address and the order can be looked up.
Something security related
Shunt receives every link you click, so a flaw in it matters more than its size suggests. Put "security" in the subject and it goes to the front of the queue. Please allow a reasonable window for a fix before publishing.
Privacy requests
Requests about your own data, including asking what is held and asking for it to be deleted, go to the same address. What is and is not collected is set out on the privacy page; the short version is that Shunt keeps your browsing on your own Mac.
Press and anything else
Same address. Say what you need and it will either arrive or be honestly declined.
What this address is not
It is not monitored around the clock, and it is not an emergency channel. Shunt is a link router on your own Mac; if it stops working, your links go to whichever browser macOS falls back to, and nothing is lost while you wait for a reply.
